Geneseo Jam Kitchen has a vision of transforming Livingston County into a musical & cultural destination. We are once again planning our summer series and some incredible bands want to play the Homestead Porch! We plan on producing eight shows over the summer from June until September. Help make this possible by donating to our Kickstarter here!
The bands we want to bring to the 2024 Sunset Concert Series are expensive. Combined with production costs, ticket prices could easily exceed $25 in order for us to break even. If we can cover the band costs through pledges and sponsorships, we can keep our ticket price at $10 to cover the operational costs of putting on the shows (sound system and engineer, lighting, staff, publicity, and other fixed costs). Your support would allow us to bring some extremely high-quality and well-known bands to Livingston County.
What your donation goes to:
Keep it affordable! We want to attract a wide variety of bands to the Homestead; some we have brought to Geneseo before, some would be new. But we need your help to make this possible and keep ticket prices low. Pledges will allow us to keep bringing high-caliber musicians to our stage. Every dollar counts!
Support live music! Your support will go towards paying the band fees and allowing us to book prominent bands that otherwise would not play in Livingston County (and certainly not for a $10 ticket!). Our vision is live music of the highest quality for folks of all walks of life and socioeconomic backgrounds.
Keep it about community! These concerts are designed for community connection. All types of people, from toddlers to rockin’ grandmothers, enjoyed our shows in 2022 and 2023. People want to connect, and live music connects like nothing else. Pledging will ensure that these concerts will continue for all to enjoy.
Make Livingston County a cultural destination! With the right mix of musical artists catering to diverse musical genres and tastes, we can make Geneseo and Livingston County a cultural destination, widely known for its arts and music scene.
Support Main Street! Live music has a positive cultural impact on Livingston County and Western New York. The Homestead Sunset Concert Series will have important spill-over benefits for local businesses, economic growth, and job creation in Geneseo and beyond.

$500 or higher: 2x all of the above, two season passes to all eight shows, and two reserved lawn chairs
$1,000 or above: four season passes, as well as special recognition on our website
